Jenna Elerick, MPH
Jenna has over over 15 years experience working with the aging population. She has always been very close to her grandparents, and that is why she began her career in elder care. She holds a Masters degree in Public Health from University of New England, and a Bachelors degree in Health Education from Chico State. She has worked in various roles in senior care in the Santa Cruz area- including community outreach, business development & Executive Director. She began a successful placement agency in New England over 5 years ago. There, she was able to help hundreds of clients and is now honored to be able to help those on her home town.
Sean Elerick
Sean has over ten years experience in the fire service providing emergency medical care and treatment to those in need. Sean was a Fire Captain for CAL Fire, and obtained his Bachelors degree in Public Administration from Chico State. Sean was born and raised in Santa Cruz and currently lives in Chico. He has experience in understanding what loved ones go through during this transition in life, and wants to help provide you with the best information to make the best decisions.

Sean

Jenna has over 15 years of experience supporting older adults and their families. Her passion for elder care began with the close relationship she shared with her grandparents, which inspired her to build a career helping seniors and guiding families through the aging journey. While attending college, she worked in nursing homes and quickly discovered a deep commitment to serving the senior population.
Jenna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Education and a Master of Public Health (MPH). She has served in a variety of leadership roles throughout her career, including community outreach, business development, caregiving, and Executive Director positions. Over the years, she has helped hundreds of families navigate senior living, memory care, home care, and aging-in-place decisions with compassion, honesty, and practical guidance.
Her background in public health has shaped her belief that aging and public health are deeply connected — with education, access to resources, caregiver support, and proactive planning all playing an important role in quality of life for older adults. Jenna is passionate about helping seniors maintain dignity, safety, and independence while also supporting the family members caring for them along the way.

Trying to navigate senior care can be very overwhelming and stressful. We are here to do the leg work for you- and at not cost to you.
Our main goal is to educate you, so you can make the best decision. We will give you a detailed list of the senior livings that best meet your care levels, budget, location, and any other preferences you may have.

Once you narrow down options, we are happy to coordinate site tours for you. We can even accompany you on the tours, if you so choose.

We offer consultations either in person, over the phone, via Zoom or FaceTime, to meet your needs and to fit into your schedule. We want to make this process as easy as possible.

Your privacy is very important to us, and unlike other national referral agencies, we will not share your personal information. We protect your contact information so you are not inundated with calls from various assisted livings.

We can help assist you or your family with applying for VA Aid and Attendance benefits. If you qualify and need help, let us know. The application process can be lengthy or confusing at times.
If you are not ready for assisted living, we can help connect you to in home care services and to other resources to help keep you or a loved one safe at home.
